"Little" Surprises

Life is full of little surprises, but the greatest of them has to be the laughter of children. Nothing touches my heart more than to see children enjoying the simple pleasures of life.

The children were absolutely enthralled with their costumes. This particular child was reluctant to return his fireman gear after the shoot was over. He was so adorable!

I loved the challenge of capturing the children's expressions in mid-smile or mid-laughter.

This is the next generation! I hope they realize just how special they are!
